Ethan's Words (and some cute pics from the park!)

Ethan knows a LOT of words now, and seems to pick up a new one every day! His vocabulary is exploding. I have a feeling he inherited my gift for words :) He loves to read books, and picks up a lot from them. These are the words he knows now, at 15 months: Apple, Cheerio, chicken, ship, flower, tree, clock, all done, yes, up, "achoo," belly button, hi, bye, ball, eye, snack, cheese, horse, dog, duck, woof-woof, moo, truck, tractor, dada, mama, hot, hat, shoes, night-night, this, up and bubble. He also says "roar" when he plays with his monster toy. And he can sign "all done," "more," "milk" and "eat."

Now he can even put two words together! Ok, the only two words he puts together are "Hi Mama," but still. It's adorable! He pauses a little between the words and makes mama sound a little like a question. It melts my heart!

  1. Wow! So many words! That's awesome. We actually started writing down Ellie's words the other day and were surprised by how many she knows. He's getting so big :) :) :)
