Ethan's two-month check-up

Ethan is now 9.5 weeks old! He drools, sucks on his hands, smiles and even laughs on occasion. He owns 4 pairs of shoes and is well on his way to filling his own closet, just like daddy! He's taken a number of road trips and has met many of his extended family members. We look forward to meeting cousins Steve, Susie and Jaxon next month!  He weighs 13.7 lbs and is 24.5 inches long. He has gained more than 5 lbs since birth! At his check-up on Thursday, he got two shots, which he took pretty well, possibly because of those meaty thighs! ;)

We're happy to report that in the last two days, Ethan's night sleep has improved, as has his attitude about going out! As some of you have witnessed firsthand, he can be difficult to get to sleep during the day without his swing, making him fussy and making outings hard. But if this weekend is any indication, then he is improving, which would make our lives much easier! Following are some recent pics...
