We had a fun family outing at the fair this morning. We visited all of the animals and the kiddie area, where there were lots of cool activities perfect for Ethan. He got to play in a box filled with corn seed, pump water, and spin a wheel, where he won a free ice cream cone! He sat on just about every tractor and got a free balloon. We watched some 4-Hers showing pigs (which brought back many good memories for me!). I couldn't help but think that in a few years, my little boy might be showing an animal at the fair too. It's a lot of work for both kids and parents, but it teaches lots of good lessons and is so much fun!
