Bring-a-Book Baby Shower

My sisters threw me a fantastic shower up in SLO county, with the help of other family and friends. Carrie made a diaper cake for me and Leslie created super cute decorations based on nursery rhymes.

There was a cow jumping over the moon...

a dish running away with a spoon...

and even Humpty Dumpty came!

They also organized fun games and kept things moving along, while I opened gifts just about the entire time! We ate a delicious lunch, including an adorable cake,

and I received many great gifts, together with a whole library of books for Baby Riff! There will be no shortage of bedtime stories in the years to come :)
