Life's Getting Interesting!

We waited for it, we hoped for it, and we thought we were prepared for it. But seeing that little pink plus sign was one of the most exciting and surreal moments in life, just the same. It's hard to believe that such a miracle is possible. Suddenly, there is a little life inside of me. What was only hope before is now what I like to refer to as 'my little monster' :) It still amazes me that inside of me, there is another, separate being who will live in this world, make up a part of our family, and experience life, just as we have. I never thought much about it before, but pregnancy amazes me. Now I know that we were not prepared at all. We had no idea how hard it would be to wrap our minds around such a miracle! Pregnancy is something we've had to grow accustomed to, and when our little monster arrives, we'll have to get used to that, too. It's going to be amazing!
